Seasonal Flavor Profiles

Whoa, Nelly!  It's back.  Our housemade banana bread syrup joins locally-roasted espresso and your choice of milk for this specialty latte.  Want the full experience?  Enjoy a generous swirl of whipped cream topped with walnuts + chocolate chips!

This month we will be donating a portion of sales from our Banana Bread  latte to our neighbors, Orchardview Stables, an organization which teaches the healing power of horsemanship through therapeutic equine programs.

Made with our housemade pumpkin pie sauce, grandmas everywhere would approve of this dessert in a cup.  We recommend the chai, but Nana says "don't skip the whip!"  A dusting of pumpkin pie seasoning makes this treat go down easy as a crisp fall morning.

Leaf peepers, rejoice!  Our housemade hazelnut syrup, mixed with dark or white chocolate sauce, will get you fueled for the road.  Topped with whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder, it's your go-to road trip drink!

Our housemade vanilla syrup, using all natural, organic ingredients, is the vanilla gold standard.  We'd like to think the indigenous, nomadic Iroquois who originally traveled through this area on the Venango Path would approve.

We could've named this the PH&BC BSCV after the Pittsburgh Harmony & Butler County trolley line company, but that's a mouthful!  We kept it simple:  brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla combine in a housemade, organic syrup for a sweet and flavorful union.  We thought we'd try this combination on a few of our regulars, but it took off!  So, now it's here to stay...we only wish we could say the same about the trolley line!
