Seasonal Flavor Profiles

A fireside favorite re-imagined--rich, dark chocolate, toasted marshmallow, and a cloud of marshmallow cold foam (or whipped cream) topped with a s'mores mix of graham cracker and marshmallow.  

This month we will be donating a portion of  sales to our neighbors, The Woodlands Foundation, which serves families affected by chronic illness and disabilities.  

Ceremonial grade matcha shaken with sweet pineapple and coconut milk , topped with cherry cold foam, a maraschino cherry, and toasted coconut.  Or skip the caffeine--try it as a dirty Signature Station soda or house lemonade.

Our housemade vanilla syrup, using all natural, organic ingredients, is the vanilla gold standard.  We'd like to think the indigenous, nomadic Iroquois who originally traveled through this area on the Venango Path would approve.

We could've named this the PH&BC BSCV after the Pittsburgh Harmony & Butler County trolley line company, but that's a mouthful!  We kept it simple:  brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla combine in a housemade, organic syrup for a sweet and flavorful union.  We thought we'd try this combination on a few of our regulars, but it took off!  So, now it's here to stay...we only wish we could say the same about the trolley line!

Our mascot's signature drink takes our house-made cold brew and mixes in the flavors of a peanut butter chocolate cup.  It's only improved by a creamy cold foam topping and chocolate drizzle.  Named after our deer-like mascot and Bradford Woods' namesake,  Mr. Bradford

Golden Summit was an original roadway before BW was even a borough, and it's the drink that really solidified our re-imagining of our seasonal menus, taking us down a path of flavor profiles.  Ground turmeric and ground black pepper serve as the base for this golden drink.  Good roads can lead you to great places.
